Brandon Thomas, FNP-C is a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering personalized, high-quality care that helps patients improve long-term health and overall quality of life.
With extensive experience in family medicine, urgent care, emergency services, and geriatric care, Brandon provides comprehensive evaluation, education, and treatment tailored to each patient’s unique needs. His clinical background spans hospital emergency departments, rural clinics, and veteran healthcare, equipping him with the ability to remain calm under pressure, think critically, and advocate effectively for patients in both routine and complex situations.
In addition to his traditional medical training, Brandon is Stem Cell Certified and Peptide Certified, with advanced education in regenerative and cellular-based therapies. His training also includes broader regenerative medicine applications designed to support healing, restoration, and longevity.
At American Stem Cells and Peptides, Brandon brings this advanced expertise into practice by offering modern, science-driven treatment options that support tissue repair, improved function, longevity, and whole-body wellness. He believes patients deserve access to innovative therapies that are grounded in evidence, safety, and professional integrity.
Brandon has also served as a clinical instructor and mentor, teaching medical students hands-on skills, patient communication, and compassionate clinical reasoning — values he continues to model in his daily practice. I am a father, public speaker, corporate trainer, and wellness enthusiast. I have always had the spirit of an entrepreneur, but after many years owning and operating several small businesses, I felt that something was missing. Turns out, I wasn’t truly fulfilling one of my key purposes in life – that is, to help other people. That is when I finished a Bachelor degree in Psychology at Dixie State University and then obtained a Master degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University.
After completing my education, I joined and helped co-found Ascend Counseling and Wellness which has grown to 8 clinics and employs over 50 professional therapists.
I recently stepped away from Ascend and full-time therapy to reach more people through corporate training, public speaking, online education, and wellness consulting for businesses, individuals, couples, and families.
Systemic Wellness Coaching takes a biopsychosocial approach to helping individuals feel their very best. Rather than focusing on one area of wellness, it assesses the full-range of the contributing factors to health and emotional well-being. Coach Thomas has developed a comprehensive series of assessment tools to help pinpoint areas of your life which may be improved to systemically enhance your wellness!

Wendy is driven by a passion for helping others build strong financial foundations, specialize in guiding individuals, families, and startup businesses toward sustainable growth and long-term success. With a compassionate approach and a commitment to integrity, providing clear, strategic financial guidance that empowers clients to make confident, informed decisions.
Family plays a central role in her life, shaping the values of trust, loyalty, and service that she brings to every professional relationship. Outside of work, you’ll often find her outdoors— with her six children, and nine grandchildren, whether they are exploring new trails, enjoying nature, or finding fresh inspiration in open spaces.
Wendy is dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs, strengthening communities, and helping people achieve stability, clarity, and the freedom to pursue their goals. Wendy is an active member of the St. George Chamber, Woman in business, and supports many nonprofit programs and organizations, through Washington and Iron County.
